Our matcha

Our Matcha varieties are Single Origin, which means every tea variety comes exclusively from a single region in Japan. Our products are certified organic by USDA, OCIA-Japan, Canada-BIO and EU-BIO.

We only carry Ceremonial Grades of Matcha. All the stems and veins are removed by hand to obtain a very smooth flavor and texture. All of our Matcha green tea varieties are hand-picked by skilled workers in Japan.

Our Matcha is grounded by the traditional granite stone method which has been used for over 800 years. Vacuum packed in a carefully controlled environment for freshness.
